Joining the HRA is free for all students, and no application is needed. Simply attend any events you think may interest you!
To be considered a member, you will need to register on BeInvolved, as well as fill out our membership form. Click HERE to access the HRA BeInvolved.
To be considered an active member, you will need to attend three events per semester. This is tracked for member benefits, as well as extra credit opportunities.
Executive Board Applications open early March, interviews take place after Spring Break, and decisions are announced early April. Interviews are all in-person. Tips for this can be found in the "Interviewing Tips" tab.

To be as successful as possible in an interview, you should answer the questions with specific examples and not with general answers. To do this, you should focus your answers using the STAR Method. STAR is an acronym for Situation, Task, Action, Results. We want you to describe the:
- Situation details
- Task you were required to complete
- Action(s) that you specifically took
- Result(s) from your action(s)
